What other ways to produce more breast milk?

I running on very low milk that i birdy leak so little about 2-3 Week. Still when i pump milk with the hand manual pump i hardy have milk about amout of a teaspoon. Yes i do drink water i try eating healthly food and be still any change. I been giving formula to my 2 month baby since half month ago. She healthy, gain alot weigth she was a premie. But i really want to breastfeed again her but i havent breastfed past few weeks.i hardy have little bit milk left i need to supple more breast milk. [If there other way to produce more breast milk tips or something i can buy at the store tea or pill at Food Lion, Bells, and Kroger) or home remendy?] HELP PLS AND THK U !
