Sinus pressure with no stuffy nose or nasal drip? Need relief?

I have severe sinus pressure at the moment (forehead mostly, but when I bend over it's everywhere). I've tried everything to try to get rid of the headache it has caused me, naps, painkillers, sudafed, taking a hot shower for the steam, hot washcloths on the face, and vick's but NOTHING works. What else can I do? I have afrin spray but I don't think it'd be useful since I can breathe just fine. This is killing me...
