24 stiches in the middle of my palm. Help?

Ok so about 5 months ago i was out and ended up getting a glass cut that night, long story so i pop my vain and get 25 stiches 7 hours after my injury. now that the stiches are out and 2 months later i regain movement in my hand, i have no feeling on the side of my middle finger which may be permit but the thing is every time i move my hand it hurts cause my skin feels way to tight like it need's to be stretched out from where they removed the stiches. and the bones feel a little out of place is there anything i can do at home to help fix that ? I don't have healthcare no more
